GDF – 8

GDF is a protein factor that is considered as an inhibitor of growth differentiation namely myostatin. In scientific studies, GDF-8 has shown to inhibit growth inhibitors and has shown an increase muscle growth as a secondary benefit. It is thought the acceleration of muscle tissue can cause the breakdown of body fat. It would also cause any excess adipose tissue that was already present to breakdown at a faster rate providing energy for muscle growth.
